I had heard many stories of people being confused by the technology and subsequently being vastly over charged. Your company was excellent and while I know you deal with much bigger projects, at no time did I feel I was not as important as anyone else, indeed Martin (a senior Director) called to check everything had gone as planned which I thought was a nice touch.
